  • Custom-made or personalized items are not covered by our return policy.
  • Sale items can only be returned if explicitly stated in the product details.

3. Return Period:

  • You have 30 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. Items reported outside of this period unfortunately cannot be processed.

  • The cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error.

4. Ship the Return:

  • Drop the package off at your preferred postal point and always ask for a shipping receipt. This is important to track your return.
  • Returns are at the customer's risk until we receive and process the package.

5. Processing and Refund:

  • Once we have received the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method you used for the purchase. Please allow for processing time by your bank.
